Having established Blueberry in 2002 Irantzu has been hands on in developing and building the company and our services.

Irantzu's focus is developing our network of creative post production talent, client base and business strands to support the evolution of our creative post production talent pool. Each year we are reaching wider areas and expanding the services Blueberry provides.

Leading a team of exceptional Creative Consultants and representing a portfolio of excellent post production talent, including some of the finest currently working in the UK, is amazingly rewarding. Both in the pleasure of developing peoples careers, as well as the wonderful array of lives, stories and experiences shared along the way.

Taimur Khan Director

Taimur is co-founder and has worked alongside Irantzu in the development of Blueberry since 2002.

With 17 years in post and production, Taimur has edited a wide range of projects on both Avid and FCP, from drama and documentaries to commercial films for national broadcasters and networks, as well as grading, finishing and managing graphic projects.

With specialist insight on FCP technology, creative exploration and work flow management, Taimur’s input has been welcome in tailoring Blueberry’s services to suit individual client needs and direction of the company.

Carly Little Lead Creative Consultant

Joining Blueberry in 2005 as the business’s first full-time employee, Carly has had an active role in the development of Blueberry’s talent and client pool’s, as well as our business operations.

Carly handles incoming work; matching talent to an array of projects and taking charge of all organisation that comes with bookings. In between this she is promoting our creatives and keeping clients up to date with their availability and recent work. She also flexes her creative muscles, writing pieces for use in marketing material and on our website.

I take great satisfaction from identifying new talent; promoting and developing the work of individuals whose skills I believe in. To hear excellent feedback from the clients, and that the creative’s are enjoying their work, is what I strive for.

Debora Goodwin Creative Consultant

Debora joined Blueberry in 2006, following 2 years working at The London Studios, as part of the Post Production bookings team. Debora brings a strong understanding of the post production process and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships between clients and freelancers.

Responsible for promoting talent, contractual negotiations and co-ordinating bookings for our editors and designers, Debora has an exceptional talent for multi tasking and keeping an immaculate desk at the same time - the epitome of an organised mind!

Debora is an essential member of the Blueberry team and we're delighted to be working together.

David Hall Creative Consultant

Dave joined us in November 2007 fresh from ITV towers, where he worked for 5 years as a designer and Post Producer for designers. His previous employment also includes Happy Fish Pictures and Frontline Post.

Working within the mass of organised chaos which is his desk, Dave is busy discovering and promoting new design talent, as well as business areas to explore and foster.

He is tooled with a vast knowledge of post production design, and a keen eye for ever changing industry trends - thus anticipating the needs of freelancers and clients. As well as keeping freelance bookings ticking over, he has also successfully placed a number of designers in permenant positions within major companies.

Carol Thomas Book Keeper

In September 2007, we recruited Carol Thomas as our full time Book Keeper. Carol is in the office 4 days a week, handling all invoice processing and chasing payments for freelancers.

With over 20 years solid experience in financial control, we’re very happy to have her on board. Our freelancers have the reassurance of a continual contact to speak to regarding their payments, whilst accounts are handled promptly and efficiently.

A cheerful and bubbly personality that is always keen to help, Carol can also be ferocious when she needs to be!
