Irantzu Lau-Hing-Fan Managing Director

Having established Blueberry in 2002, Irantzu has been hands on in developing and building the company and our services.

Irantzu's focus is developing our network of creative post production talent, client base and business strands to support the evolution of our creative post production talent pool. Each year we are reaching wider areas and expanding the services Blueberry provides.

Leading a team of exceptional Creative Consultants and representing a portfolio of excellent post production talent, including some of the finest currently working in the UK, is amazingly rewarding. Both in the pleasure of developing peoples careers, as well as the wonderful array of lives, stories and experiences shared along the way.

These experiences add up to the service that Blueberry offers and the way we do business. With open eyes, curious minds and an active imagination.

Taimur Khan Director

Taimur is co-founder and has worked alongside Irantzu in the development of Blueberry since 2002.

With 17 years in post and production, Taimur has edited a wide range of projects on both Avid and FCP, from drama and documentaries to commercial films for national broadcasters and networks, as well as grading, finishing and managing graphic projects.

With specialist insight on FCP technology, creative exploration and work flow management, Taimur’s input has been welcome in tailoring Blueberry’s services to suit individual client needs and direction of the company.

Carly Little Director of Talent Solutions

Since joining Blueberry in 2005 as the business’s first full-time employee, Carly has had an active role in the development of Blueberry’s talent and client pools, as well as our business operations.

Carly handles long form editor requests, matching talent to an array of broadcast projects, as well as overseeing the rest of our bookings team. In between this she is promoting our creatives and keeping clients up to date with their availability and recent work. She also flexes her creative muscles, writing pieces for use in marketing material and on our website.

I take great satisfaction from identifying new talent; promoting and developing the work of individuals whose skills I believe in. To hear excellent feedback from the clients, and that the creatives are enjoying their work, is what I strive for.

Cristina Solomon-Edwards Senior Consultant

Cristina joined us in September 2008 after having worked for two years in different jobs related to production, post production, events and PR. She studied Film Studies and Journalism back in Spain and then she packed her bags straight after to come to live and love London.

Her technical skills and love for filmmaking first took her to work as a Technical Coordinator at Media Trust Productions and then as a Technical Assistant at the DFG. At Blueberry, Cristina is enjoying her work handling bookings, dealing with design projects, meeting a lot of professional creatives and developing an eye for spotting hot talent.

Cristina really likes things to be organised and can be quite bossy at times getting things in place and coordinated. In her spare time, she loves travelling, driving, diving and getting together with old friends.

Halle Stephens Creative Consultant

Halle is our resident Canadian. Joining us in early 2009, Halle started as our Admin Assistant across bookings, accounts and registrations - she knows our Talent and systems inside out.

Halle became full time in Jan 2010 as Creative Consultant, and is enjoying the challenge of the Bookings desk and getting to know our clients.

From a banking/retail background, she has fantastic communication skills and takes a lot of pride in her work. A bubbly personality who knows her coffee.

Léo Reitzell Creative Adviser

Following 15 years in Broadcast Creative Services Production  at companies including MTV, Disney Channel, ABC & Discovery Channel, Léo (previously one of our top clients) joined Blueberry in 2010.

Léo is an expert at building brand, content and identity awareness. An established motivational and inspirational Creative and Branding Consultant with proven leadership skills, Léo has been focused on helping us add a Creative Recruitment Desk to the Blueberry portfolio so we can best serve client and talent needs for contract and permament roles. Naturally assertive, open, she uses insightul communication to build, nurture & inspire creatives. Léo has the unique perspective of understanding the client perspective having worked with us for close to 5 years as well as being empathetic to creative talent's career aspirations. And just for fun, we thought you should know that she'll be anyone's best friend if you dangle a bag of gummy bears under her nose!

Dita Peskova Blueberry Accounts

Dita has been working with Blueberry since 2006. Initially our Team Assistant supporting the bookings desk, this year has seen her cross-over into our Accounts department – something that she has taken on with gusto!

Super organised, determined and thorough, Dita is dedicated to ensuring our freelancers are paid in a timely fashion and that all accounts are in order.

A woman of many talents, Dita is also a screenwriter and director in her spare time - passionate about short films and directing videos for various new musical talents in the UK. She loves a cup of Chai!
