Andrew has a keen interest in experimenting with different techniques, both old and new to create strong, exciting and entertaining work. He utilises both 2d and 3d, often both in order to constantly push the boundaries of his work.

Earlier experience in interactive design has empowered Andrew with strong problem solving skills. This coupled with his eye for beautiful design allows him to complete a vast range of projects. His career, thus far has been in both full time and freelance positions, which has given him the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of varying timescales.

Andrew's highly self motivated nature and work ethic enables him to bring in a project within the tightest of deadlines.

Coming from a fine art background James went onto study a degree in Graphic Arts and Design at Leeds Metropolitan University. He now has over 7 years professional experience in print and motion design. Working primarily as a Motion Graphic Designer, James has worked in high end post production, DVD production, TV commercials, through to producing titles, idents and promos for TV channels. Along the way he has encompassed a broad array of clients - ranging from Universal to Sony BMG, from the BBC to Sky. He uses a creative flair with sound technical knowledge, combining a skill set that includes conceptualising, storyboarding, design, illustration, animation, direction, compositing and 3D generalisation. James is able to work on his own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving, motivating others to achieve their objectives and dedication to maintaining high quality standards within tight deadlines.

James is a Senior Designer with eight valuable years experience working in motion design, film and animation.

He has worked in a key role as head of animation and motion graphics at an award winning Communications company in London where he was responsible for the successful execution and direction of all graphics projects.

With considerable experience working to tight deadlines in commercial and corporate sectors, producing a varied body of work including cinema and television commercials, music promos, live events graphics, and internet virals.

James is a hard working, creative and enthusiastic individual who thrives on new challenges, able to work reliably on own initiative or as a valued team member.

James specializes in striking 3D and 2D animation, motion graphic design, compositing and visual effects.

An accomplished musician, he branched into design and multimedia in the early 90s. For several years he worked with Macromedia Flash, and was involved in the development of websites for companies such as Ford, Unilever, Saatchi and Saatchi, BHP and ING Barings Bank before co-founding his design company in 2000 with the aim of extending his work into broadcast and videographic media.

Since co-founding his company, James�??�?�¢??s work has extended into broadcast and videographic media. He has highly developed organizational and budgeting skills, managing projects from concept to completion.

He has worked for a wide range of blue chip clients including the Guardian, Orange, British Council, BBC/Open University, Philips and General Motors.

James is an accomplished documentary editor with a real passion for story telling in addition to several years visual effects experience.

He is enthusiastic and hard working, with great dedication to his work. Keeping his cool under pressure, James has a positive attitude and is a proactive team player.
