James specializes in striking 3D and 2D animation, motion graphic design, compositing and visual effects.

An accomplished musician, he branched into design and multimedia in the early 90s. For several years he worked with Macromedia Flash, and was involved in the development of websites for companies such as Ford, Unilever, Saatchi and Saatchi, BHP and ING Barings Bank before co-founding his design company in 2000 with the aim of extending his work into broadcast and videographic media.

Since co-founding his company, James�??�?�¢??s work has extended into broadcast and videographic media. He has highly developed organizational and budgeting skills, managing projects from concept to completion.

He has worked for a wide range of blue chip clients including the Guardian, Orange, British Council, BBC/Open University, Philips and General Motors.

A designer with a broad creative foundation. Jess was Senior Designer at Metropolis Group 2003 - 2005, where he was responsible for menus, design, photography and compositing on music, film and entertainment DVD’s.

Since going freelance in 2005 his excellent work has shone, and he has also set up a successful design studio. Whether it’s design for broadcast idents, title sequences and music videos, Jess is full of original concepts and captivating ideas.

Greatly organized, he is able to manage a project from concept and deliver a wonderful result to deadline.

Michelle is an Australian Avid/FCP editor who has been in the UK for two years. She has established herself here as a corporate editor, freelancing with The Bank among others.

Articulate and enthusiastic, Michelle is dedicated to developing her long form skills and is enjoying her progression into broadcast programming. Up for a challenge and committed to projects, she is equally at home working accompanied as on her own.

Over the years I have been creative director on a wide range of projects, over seen motion graphics departments within film (Empire Design) and TV (The Discovery Channel, MTV). I have also produced and directed smaller projects on a one to one basis with clients as a freelance designer or creative consultant. All have been enjoyable in different ways and I feel I have created great client relationships throughout my career. I have a keen eye for typography and a passion for producing title sequences. I am equally confident working within a team or independently and have the experience to get the most creatively out of a design brief.
